As a Strategy Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ success. From your very first day, you’ll work alongside senior experts, gaining hands-on experience across every aspect of trading and strategy. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — one moment you might be deep in data analysis, the next collaborating with a brand on a new product launch.

Role Overview:

As a Strategy Partner, you will manage a small portfolio of Amazon accounts, own day-to-day performance delivery and acting as the primary client contact. You will lead operational and strategic outputs, including reporting, promotions, and content updates, while guiding Strategy Executives and working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

Team Support & Development:

Mentor Strategy Executives, delegating tasks, reviewing outputs, and supporting development

Collaborate with Senior Strategy Partners and Strategy Directors to deliver client strategies and outputs

Contribute to internal training sessions, process improvements, and best practice development

 

Client Strategy & Leadership:

Manage 2–3 client accounts, leading weekly calls and maintaining strong relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and service delivery

Plan and manage product launches, promotional calendars, and operational schedules

Support new client pitches and onboarding processes

 

Delivery, Performance & Escalation:

Oversee content updates, A+ Content, and Brand Store submissions

Setup and manage Amazon promotions, deals, and enrolments (e.g. Vine, Subscribe & Save)

Produce performance reports and forecasts with actionable commentary

Monitor account health, proactively resolving compliance risks

Own escalations, troubleshooting complex challenges and coordinating internal resources
